   Sida starch vacuum dehydrator is specially designed and developed for potato starch and wheat starch dehydration. The equipment is mainly used in sweet potato starch production equipment, potato starch production line and wheat starch processing machinery. It has the following advanced technologies:

1. The starch contact part is made of stainless steel, with novel product design, compact structure, silkworm chrysalis rain-scraping technology, and high starch dryness;

2. The speed of vacuum filter can be changed and adjusted, and the scraper unloading is adopted. The scraper advance and retreat can be adjusted by pneumatic and rotate smoothly, with low energy consumption, small occupation area and convenient operation.

3. This equipment is widely used in starch processing line to dehydrate starch milk, and the moisture content of the dehydrated starch is about 38 percent.
