In China, the process of making starch from cassava is generally as follows:

1. Take fresh cassava as raw material

Cleaning → shredding → screening → descaling → refining → concentration → dehydration → drying → packaging → storage

2. Take cassava dry slice as raw material

Cleaning → shredding → soaking → secondary shredding → sifting → descaling → refining → bleaching → concentration → dehydration → drying → packaging → storage
