Gari Production process:

    The processing of cassava into high quality gari flour involves peeling&washing,grating,fermenting ,de-water pressing,sifting,fire drying,re-milling,screening,packing and storage.

 Peeling &Cleaning section :

    The peeling and washing machines involve the following kinds machines normally according to the plant production capacity to choose the different machine ,to peel and clean the roots surface ,remove the dirts,normally in 2-3 times washing ,according to the actually status of the plant .

     Grating  section

grating is carried out by  means of different kinds of graters .it disintegrates the cassava issue and frees up the moisture. 

Fermenting 

    fermenting is very important for modern cassava processing industry ,during fermenting to remove some kinds a material in the crushed cassava slag and satisfy with the human taste of the  final cassava flour .
