Two, corn starch processing technology

Corn raw materials are cleaned and dehulled -- pumped to the soaking tank and soaked in 48-52 degree sulfurous acid water (36-72 hours) -- pumped to the degerming rough grinding process for grinding -- separated from embryo body and embryo -- embryo enters the oil extraction workshop to make corn oil;

The embryo body is then pumped through two stages of fine grinding for separation and washing of the pulp residue -- the starch is washed from the residue to the maximum extent -- and then into the refined separation section of the starch and protein -- for refining and purification -- and then pumped into the dehydrator to dehydrate 35-38% water -- for starch drying -- weighing and bagging the finished product.
