Our company produces a full set of pueraria starch processing equipment production line, the production specifications are as follows:

Production of pueraria starch per hour: 0.3 tons, 0.5 tons, 0.8 tons, 1.2 tons, 2 tons.

Conveyor, washing machine, crusher, sander, washing centrifugal sieve, cyclone, high tank, dehydrator, dryer, etc.

Iv. Processing technology of pueraria starch:

Raw materials → conveying → cleaning → crushing → slurry pool → curved sieve → filtration → pulp → washing centrifugal sieve → disc separator → dewaterer → drying → sieve → packaging → finished products.

※ kudzu root should be processed within 7 days as long as possible, which will lead to reduced starch content.

The starch content of pueraria is generally 8%~20%, and that of cultivated pueraria is 20%~30%, or even higher.
