South African merchants come to Sida to visit the QZD-50 tapioca starch production line

With the implementation and development of the Belt and Road policy, advanced mechanized cassava starch equipment has become a poverty alleviation project in South Africa and other places. Today, a South African tapioca starch processor came to Sida to inspect the QZD-50 tapioca starch production line independently developed by my factory. Sida's technicians explained the merchants in detail and hope that we can reach a cooperation as soon as possible.

1 The use of advanced supporting equipment for the current process mainly consists of high production efficiency, low energy consumption, small area, and reduced investment, such as pressure flexor sieve, vacuum filtration dehydration, and air flow collision dried starch.

2 Pay attention to the practicality and ease of operation of the machine. The cassava starch production line produced by Kaifeng Sida adopts a keystroke control system. The operation is convenient. Its cyclone group is practical, and the sealing devices in the three separation rooms are individually pressed to avoid three rooms. Collusion invalidates the separation work. And easy to remove and install, vacuum filter 20 M2, because the area is too large, scraper steel is poor, laying cleaning filter cloth trouble. The process is continuously produced, and the dried starch packaging is expected from the sweet potato. The control is completed within 2 hours, forming a piped and automated production.
